Ed is a real estate and business broker and has an extensive background in Corporate Finance and International Banking, and has previously worked in Korea and Hong Kong. Ed is focusing on helping clients buy and sell businesses as well as leasing and sales of commercial properties.

Previously Ed had served as Regional Director of Business Development for a boutique private equity/venture capital firm, eavaluating various privately held businesses and structuring strategic investment transactions. Ed holds MBA degree from Duke University.

Judd Lofchie, President, has 21 years of experience as a real estate broker and 25 years experience as an attorney. Mr. Lofchie focuses on retail leasing, sales and development.

Also previously as vice-president of retail and industrial leasing at Benjamin Sherman & Sons, Mr. Lofchie was in charge of a retail portfolio with over one million square feet. As vice-president at Litvin LaRue Greenfield, Mr. Lofchie leased several shopping centers like the Arlington Town Center (300,000 feet) and shared responsibility with the Best Buy and Eagle Grocery Store accounts. Mr. Lofchie has also leased enclosed malls, big boxes, large strip centers and outlet malls.

Judd Lofchie has been recognized as “Citizen of the Year” and “Citizen of the Month” by Lerner Newspapers in Chicago and a finalist for “Entrepreneur of the Year” by “Entrepreneur Magazine” and Merrill Lynch. He has received the Martin Luther King Award from United Healthcare and is the founder of metropolitan Chicago’s newspaper, “Streetwise”, which provides jobs, support, and training for the homeless. And he currently is serving as the President of the Aurora Rotary Club.
